Capital Projects Planning: Conception to Completion

The workshop will cover capital project planning from project conception to successful completion. Included will be the establishment of the project team, record keeping, pre-referendum steps, pre-construction steps, how to resolve issues during construction, and project closeout. In addition to the presentation, attendees will be given a resource handbook that will prove to be very helpful as they proceed through a capital project.
