The October 14 Monthly Planner: November Edition
The October 14 Monthly Planner: November Edition is on tax sheltered annunities. Gregg Diefenbach, Joseph DeMayo, and Craig Beattie of AXA Equitable will provide information on your responsibilities for monitoring all plan activity, including contributions, loans, withdrawals, transfers (i.e., Plan Administration and Compliance). They will also discuss the dates and interpretation of the final regulations for complying with IRS requirements, how to correct plan operation failures and the changes for 2010.
