Here is a link to the ORPS site that includes the spreadsheets ORPS has developed for compliance with the new law.

Also attached is a list of municipalities that do not use the RPS software. As reported earlier, the ORPS spreadsheets should be used by districts whose boundaries fall within these counties.  read more »
