The Keynote

The keynote speech given by Dr. Fletcher will be focused on how to maximize your performance and stay at your best at work and at home. No one has to tell business officials how much stress they have been under in the past few years, so it will not come as a surprise that the focus of this year’s keynote is managing stress at work and at home. NYSASBO wants to be able to provide you, our members, with the resources to do your jobs effectively, which means giving some best practices of dealing with stress in the workplace and at home. The keynote will be a combination of Dr. Fletcher’s highly sought after presentations titled “Staying in the Smart Zone™” and “Sanity Sustained,” which we’ve titled “Sustain Sanity while Staying in the Smart Zone™.” The presentation “Staying in the Smart Zone™” addresses how to stay productive, even in the face of organizational change, and stay in your Smart Zone™ to improve the bottom line. “Sanity Sustained” will inspire you to reach a satisfying productive balance with the demands of work and family life. This should be an entertaining, dynamic and practical presentation that will help all members improve their work and home life. Susan knows how to deliver a message in language people get, so be sure to check out her keynote address Monday, June 7 at the conference!
