Become More Familiar with the NYSASBO Website - "My Account"

Weekly, we will be posting a description of a part of the website that you should be familiar with in order to get the most out of your membership with NYSASBO.

This week - "My Account"

In order to view and participate in many of the perks of the website, each member must be logged into their personal account. If you do not have an account, go to www.nysasbo.org and click Create new account under the login information. Once you login you can edit your information and begin the membership experience on the website. You can join groups, such as the Chapter you belong to, view/edit your account, add people to your contacts that you may need to be in touch with often, and bookmark pages of important items you want to reference quickly.

By clicking on the My Account link, this brings you to an area where you can change your contact information, reset your password, change your username, view and print orders and invoices, and see what courses, workshops, or webinars you are signed up to attend. You can also view your transcript of programs you have attended since the launch of the new website in February. You can view your guestbook in this area as well as share status updates of where you are and what you are doing at that exact moment. You can send private messages to other account holders and see any posts you have currently contributed. Your account is very important to maintain, as it is the hub for your membership with NYSASBO.
