FBMW-0901. Fall Business Management Workshop (Albany)
This conference is designed for School Business Officials to get on and keep on the right track to maximize their effectiveness and success. Attendees will receive in-service training on important career topics including enhancing leadership skills, establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship with their Superintendent, and time management skills. There will also be presentations from State Education Department staff from the offices most closely related to school business management functions: Budget and Purchasing, Internal Controls and Extra-Classroom Activity Accounts, Facilities Planning, Child Nutrition, Transportation, BOCES, State Aid, Medicaid Reimbursement and STAC and Special Aid.
