The Hyatt Regency Chicago is the New York headquarters hotel for the ASBOI conference this year. ASBO International has negotiated special group rates and reserved blocks of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Chicago and the Swissotel Chicago—so you can stay close to Navy Pier, enjoy all Chicago has to offer, and save money. ASBO International has enlisted the services of Conference Direct to manage the housing process. All housing reservations must be made through Conference Direct to obtain the special group rate. NEW! Cancellation Fee Structure
To ensure that all ASBO International Annual Meeting registrants have access to the room block and to protect the Association from additional fees due to unnecessary last minute cancellations, ASBO will be implementing the following cancellation fee structure for the 2009 Annual Meeting.
Reservations cancelled prior to June 1 will not incur a cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled between June 1 and August 1 will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
Reservations cancelled between August 2 and September 16 will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled after September 16 will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s room rate and applicable taxes.
