Just Say Yes! NYSASBO Needs You!
The new year has begun, and with it come new opportunities for you to participate in your Association. If you are an active member interested in joining the NYSASBO Annual Conference Committee, the Government Relations Committee, the SED Advisory Committee, or the Membership Committee, please e-mail membership@nysasbo.org and let us know. This year, these committees are chaired by:
-
Michele Levings, Questar III (Annual Conference Committee)
-
Patricia Service, Questar III (Government Relations Committee)
-
Greg Beall, ONC BOCES, Immediate Past President, (SED Advisory Committee), and
-
Jim Fregelette, Erie I BOCES (Membership Committee).
We will pass your information on to them so they can prepare their committee rosters for the new year.
NYSASBO also encourages and welcomes member contributions through articles in its monthly publication, The Reporter. If you have an article, or even just an idea for an article, please e-mail editor@nysasbo.org.
And that's not all. NYSASBO is always looking for great ideas for presentations during workshops and conferences. If you have a presentation in mind, or would be willing to give of your time as a presenter, please e-mail professionaldevelopment@nysasbo.org.
We hope you have a great new year and we look forward to hearing from you!
